Cardiorespiratory Referral Service

Diseases of heart, vessels and respiratory tract are commonly encountered in small animal practice. Successful case management depends on making an accurate diagnosis. We offer a wide spectrum of diagnostic tests and therapies to small animal patients at The Veterinary Hospital at Blackmore.
Cardiorespiratory referral cases are seen by our senior small animal associate, Thomas Schulze CertVC MRCVS, and his dedicated team.
Thomas joined House & Jackson LLP in 1998 and gained the Certificate in Veterinary Cardiology in 2002. He has since been working with local practices in the Chelmsford area and beyond the boundaries of Essex.

Furthermore, we offer investigation and therapy of pericardial effusion, dysrhythmias, heart murmurs, ascites, chronic cough, episodic weakness/collapse, chronic nasal discharge, epistaxis, acute respiratory distress, pleural effusion, and pyothorax.
We welcome all cases of congenital and acquired heart disease in dogs, cats, ferrets and rabbits.
