Appointments and Home Visits

You can make a surgery appointment by either turning up in person at either surgery or by simply making a telephone call. Home visits are available by appointment throughout the area but they will have the extra visit charge applied.

Of course, any emergency enquiry will happily be dealt with, and any emergency or admission can be organised at any time by simply ringing our normal reception number.
 
Please do not communicate requests for visits or emergencies by email. Please use the telephone and speak to the receptionist.

Fees and Payment

We accept cash, cheques (supported by a valid card) and most major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is to be made at the time of service. A full copy of our Terms Of Business is available for you at our Reception Desk together with price lists for our products and services. Insured cases may qualify to receive some treatment on account.

This is not a “locum service” - it is provided by our own veterinary surgeons who will be able to discuss your pet with you and where necessary arrange to see your pet.
