EMERGENCIES

We are available at any time of the day or night for any emergencies that occur with your pet.

This service is provided by our own vets and nurses, rather than a bought-in locum service with unfamiliar vets. We have three vets and two nurses on duty to help you.

How does it work?

1. The emergency number will transfer you to the vet on call for that night.
2. If the vet is unable to answer your call, a message will direct you to a pager number for the vet and a back-up number for the nurse.
3. Dial the vet’s number and wait for the operator, who will take details of your problem, as well as your name and number
4. The vet will call you back on that number
5. If you have not been contacted by the vet within 15 minutes, dial the nurse pager number.

As you can see, we are committed to first class care, 24 hours a day. Plenty of backup systems and staff are in place to help you to get in touch with us at any time of the day and night.
