Terms
of Business

Payment
As well as being our general policy and to keep our fees as low
as possible, we ask for payment at the time of delivering
the service.
If this is a consultation, or surgical work at our clinic, then this
is before you take your pet home. If it is a visit then
payment must be made to the vet in attendance. The vet will prepare
an invoice and receipt.
Please ensure you have payment available and confirmed to the vet
or receptionist before you ask us to start the work. We arealways happy to provide an estimate before any work is carried out.
We accept cash, cheques (supported by a card), and most most major
credit and debit cards.
For some business clients and approved regular clients we may offer
account facilities after completion of the registration form, credit
search and partner approval. Invoices for approved accounts can be paid by either cash at one of our clinics, by post with a cheque, telephoning the clinic with your credit card details or use Internet Banking facilities.

If you are a new client we willl ask
you to complete a registration form. You can download a copy of
the form here, complete the details and hand it to the receptionist
on your first visit.
