Pet Clinic Reception – Blackmore

Ou Pet Clinic reception is open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from 8.30am until 12.30pm. Outside of these hours your calls will be handled by Vets and Nurses, 24 hours a day. Our receptionists will be able to handle your enquiry efficiently, and are sympathetic and compassionate when necessary.

Joy is a long serving member of the pet reception team. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has a particular interest in animal behaviour and holds qualifications in this subject.

Pet Clinic Reception – Billericay

Practice Supervisor – Samantha Brown RVN MBVNA Sam trained as a Veterinary Nurse at our Blackmore Clinic before taking over the reins running our Billericay surgery. She owns many pets, including 2 dogs, 8 cats, and 2 horses!  She particularly enjoys the medical aspect of nursing, caring for your pets while they are at the clinic, and she the well known friendly face of our Billericay surgery.

Our pet reception is open Monday to Thursday from 8am until 7.30pm and Friday from 8am till 5.30pm. Saturday from 9.00am until 12.00pm. Outside of these hours your calls will be handled by Vets and Nurses, 24 hours a day
