Manager – John Washer

John's function is manage and control the day to day running of the practice.
As well as working closely with the partners there is a whole host of activities
that require attention enabling the vets to spend as much time as possible doing
what they do best and that's look after the animals. Its things like maintenance
of the buildings, health and safety, employment & personnel, marketing, administration,
IT, keeping an eye on finances and stock, keeping up with the latest government
and industry regulations, training, maintenance of the equipment and vehicles.

to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Practice Accountant – Carolyn
Searle
All the financial activities of the practice including management
reports, suppliers payments and cash flow come under the experienced
and watchful eye of Carolyn who also provides advise on personel issues
Administrator– Helen Hibbs
Helen provides secretary support for the partners and works closely with the Practice Accountant to ensure we keep on top of financial aspects of the practice.
Client Accounts Manager - Tania Tween
Tania ensures our clients accounts are kept upto date, produces those inevitable invoices and statements at the end of the month, manages debts and helps our clients with their account questions.
Administrator– Sarah Seville
Sarah provides administration support for the Prac tice Manager and all the other activities of the Practice. She also manages the production of technical & pre purchase examination reports.
