Preventative Care
The Gold Membership Scheme
House & Jackson has a preventative care scheme for horses, which offers hugely discounted rates to members.
The Equine Gold Membership Scheme is a package, which offers your horse comprehensive health care benefits. The package includes bi-annual visits, health checks with a full health status report, flu and tetanus protection compatible with FEI guidelines (up to two flu and tetanus vaccinations per year) bi-annual herpes vaccinations, bi-annual strangles vaccinations, routine dentistry care by qualified vets twice a year, bi-annual worm egg counts to monitor your worming program, and an annual blood sample to check for health parameters.
By signing your horse up to our Gold Membership Scheme, you can also purchase heavily discounted wormers from the practice together with discounted horse insurance from South Essex Insurance Brokers.
Dengie horse feeds also give a generous discount to all Scheme members on their range of feeds and supplements.

Lecture Evenings
We regularly hold lecture evenings for horse owners which are informative and fun, covering all aspects of horse care enabling us to educate horse owners from a veterinary perspective.
