Contact a Vet
The best way to speak to a vet is to book an appointment or a visit. Vets cannot take telephone calls at all times as they may be in surgery, out on a visit, taking a consultation or out on an emergency. If you do wish to speak to a vet please call one of our clinics and if the vet is not available immediately the receptionist will make contact with the vet and pass on your message.

Appointments and Visits
Please call one of our Clinics if you need to make an appointment or book a visit. If you need an non-emergency visit, calling us before 9:30am gives us the best chance to arrange a time that most suits you.
The most effective way to communicate with us is via the telephone.
DO NOT USE E-MAIL TO REQUEST A VISIT or APPOINTMENT, OR TO REPORT AN EMERGENCY.
We cannot engage in detailed clinical discussions via e-mail

We are sorry if this resistance to e-mail communication appears unfriendly, but we do keep our vets and other staff very busy and experience has shown that e-mail can absorb large amounts of their time to the detriment of their service to other clients.
