Head Receptionist - Lorna Mtchell

Lorna is our Head Receptionist and has worked for the practice

since 1998. Lorna oversees  the day to day running of the reception areas, client account management and insurance queries.

Joy Davis. Joy is a long-serving member of the pet reception team. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has a particular interest in canine behaviour and holds qualifications in this subject.

Billericay Pet Clinic Reception

Practice Supervisor – Samantha Brown RVN. Sam trained as a Veterinary Nurse at our Blackmore Clinic before taking over the reins running our Billericay surgery. She owns many pets, including 2 dogs, 7 cats, and 2 horses!  She particularly enjoys the medical aspect of nursing, caring for your pets while they are at the clinic, and she the well known friendly face of our Billericay surgery.
